We will ship all orders within 5 business days. If order is placed after 3PM and/or on a Saturday or Sunday the order processing will begin the next business day. Expedited shipping is available at additional charge. Call with inquiries BEFORE placing your order.

Shipping rates are calculated on this site for the Continental U.S. only. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, need to call our toll free number at 1-877-417-8673 during normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM - 6:00PM E.S.T.). We will be glad to take your order by phone with the same great prices we offer here.

Caseworks Factory Store takes great pride in our display cases and getting them to our customers immediately. Our quality and turnaround time are unmatched in the industry. In order for us to continue to provide this service, it is essential that our policy in regard to returns be strictly enforced.

All items must be inspected within ten calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. If merchandise arrives damaged please call Caseworks Factory Store, and one of our representatives will advise you on our damage procedures.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call the Caseworks Factory Store and you will be issued a return authorization. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Upon receipt of merchandise in perfect condition, Caseworks Factory Store will issue you a credit MINUS original shipping costs AND 15% re-stocking fee.

Please note that you are responsible for returning all merchandise in perfect condition. If the unwanted item is returned damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your carrier. Returns will only be accepted in its original box and packaging.

We will NOT, without exception, accept any returns, damages or exchanges after 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom work.
